Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry form, email us or message a WhatsApp line, we receive the details you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company or website, and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to deliver the work and invoice for it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the site you arrived from. This is aggregated and used to understand traffic patterns, not to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal.
• To deliver, support and invoice for services you've engaged us for.
• To improve the website — which pages work, which don't.
• To send occasional updates, where you've asked to receive them.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Legal basis

Where UK or EU law applies, we process personal data on three bases: your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (delivering work you've commissioned), and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, keeping the site secure and functional).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do use service providers who process data on our behalf — website hosting, form delivery, email, and analytics — each bound to use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Where you have engaged us to run advertising, the platforms involved (such as Google, Meta or TikTok) act as their own controllers for the campaign data held in your accounts.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Essential ones make the site function and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate information corrected.
• Ask us to delete your data where we have no ongoing need for it.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link.

Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and international transfers

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Because we operate from offices in the USA, UK, UAE and Pakistan, your information may be processed in any of those countries under appropriate safeguards.

Other sites and children

Our site links to other websites we don't control; their privacy practices are their own. Our services are directed at businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site itself, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
